rent a whole house for a group. All our properties are furnished and equipped
with cooking facilities. Students share the use of the kitchen, bathroom and any
other common living areas.
What type of tenancy Agreement is
used? We use the most popular letting agreement- an “Assured Shorthold Tenancy”-
which has been specially drafted for student letting to protect your rights as a
tenant.
